🏆
Biggest win
Overall training volume was great. I managed 3 gym sessions, a run and a huge 100km bike ride. Made progress on a few lifts and feeling strong.
🎯
How last week's goals went
Hit most of last weeks goals, couple cardio sessions and 3/4 gym sessions. Food was okay but maintained good habits over weekend. Although it remains untracked, will try to backfill this week.
🧭
What to work on next week
Main target this week is 100 mile cycle on Saturday. This will be a huge effort so need to be careful and not overtrain during the week. Will probably reduce volume / weight on some lifts, especially lower, to reduce fatigue. Also need to get better at daily tracking, and increasing water intake.
